Please draft a resolution for LLP authorising Nominee to act as desinated partner in another LLP. New LLP is yet to be incorporated. The form no 1 asks for the Date of resolution authorizing the nominee. Please Advise.

draft the board resolution just like companies just use designated partners instead of directors
