Dear Namrata , I hope following resolution will suffice , if you want you can add matter for which authority is granted .
" RESOLVED THAT Mr. XYZ -designation is be and hereby authorised to appear for hearing before the office of commissioner & inspector general Registration Stamps,Hydrebad,Andhra pradesh & to do all such acts, deeds and things required to represent the Company .
