company is going to court case against govt. of punjab for permission of resort at land in the name of company and director is authrising a lawyer....
can any one give me a sample resolution of that .......?

company must be having a company secretary . he can prepare the resolution for filing court case.
ask company secretary for same. without whole facts, resolution could not be provided.
