There are various matters under 372 A which resolution do u need?
Providing Security or Guarantee
Providing Gurantee for another body corporate
Providing Guranatee in connection with loan
Giving loan to Body Corporate
Loans to the companies under same management
Loan to a firm in which a partner is a body corporate
Intercorporate Investment
