Yes you have to intimate STX regarding change in manegerial personnel.
However if you are talking about rotational retirement and re-appointment then no need to intimate STX.

Yes its compulsory to intimate about resignation.
Even BSE main record on website also you can check it on "directorsdatabase.com"
