In one of the LLP there are 4 Partners, and 3 of the partners have resigned. The last remaining partner does not want to continue the business.

Refer section 63 , 64 , 65 of the LLP Act 2008 , and relevant rules in LLP rules in LLP rules 2009, if dissolution of LLP , may be useful.
