please solve my query. there is a ltd. co with 3 directors now 2 of them wants to resign due to internal disturbances in the company as they are not interested in the companys' affairs anymore.
now what should be the procedure, mere filing of form 32 will not be the solution as it will not be accepted by the RoC. no other director will be appointed. so in these case how should I proceed, what should be the process so that the two directors can resign from the company.
