CFO of a 100% subsidiary company of Limited company has not been filed by Company to MCA. What are the legal option the CFO have ? Can CFO file his resignation by its own if yes how?

Since DIR 12 as per section 170(2) read with Rule 18 of Companies Act 2013 needs to be filed his name along with PAN will not be shown in the signatory details so need not file any resignation as appointment was not filed...,
