In My company Auditor resign by giving us a notice that he is resigning our office due to his pre occupation. And ADT 3 has been filed by auditor.
Please help me what my next step be, Whether i simply file ADT - 1 or need to follow any procedure

file ADT 1 for casual vacancy filing (appoint auditor upto AGM) and then again file form ADT 1 for further appointment.
