I want to resign one auditor and appoint another auditor in place of him in this AGM
Can anybody help me with the dates of event
As per my Understanding 3 forms are required to file
1) ADT 3- by auditor
2) MGT 14- by company
3) ADT `1- by company for apptn of new auditor
I have taken 29th sep as AGM date
I am just confused with the dates I dont want addtional fees to be leived as have to file forms back dated
