I had appointed appointed a person as ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR on 18th August 2016 so as per the rule we need to Regularised him as DIRECTOR in AGM but now inspite of Regularisation i have been told to RESIGN him
Do i need to resign him in BM or AGM

Additional director tenure will automatically ceases by operation of law if he is not regularised in AGM.
Yes, even if no AGM held, tenure will end on the date when the AGM should have been held as per the ACT.

Then, do we require to mention about the end of tenure of Additional director in AGM.
