if a person stay in india 181 days & 2 days in jammu kashmir in p.y. thn what will b his status ?

Resident as Jammu and Kashmir will be considered in India.

Jammu And Kashmir is India mam.
According to my geography knowledge Jammu and Kashmir is in India
And there is no separate provisions of residential status for the residents of j and k
According to income tax act 1961 jammu n kashmir is considered in india only
Yes he is resident
But ordinarily or not it will be decided by other factors
