If (X) is an indian company ..bt if the 10 share holders of the company are foreign citizen.the company is fully controlled from outside india.what is the Residential status of X ltd?

A company would be resident in India in any previous year if it is an INDIAN COMPANY ORits PLACE OF EFFCTIVE MMANAGEMENT (POEM) in that year is in India.
So X Ltd. is Resident.
