Residence and scope of total income

Guys i need help in a Question of Residence and Scope of total income

9th Point of the Question 

i have a doubt whether  i should show the income of house property after giving deduction of 24(a) or i should show it same amount given in que. 

i found 2 solution of this first with 24(a) and another without it , So which method is correct or i should follow
