Reset password and email id also

i have an Query about how to reset password and also email address

As now a day the clients changes their CA or who file their return have got registered clients PAN in his email id

so how to get change email id and password both whn this is registered with old Person who files its return..

i have tried to change password by PAN details but the reset password is mailing to old email address....

previously ther was a chance to chance through change all detail by Ack. No. now there is no such option available in website.
