Sir,

Some one register my PAN by using his mobile number and mail ID. I could not able to file a return. This is the first year for me. As such i do not have acknowledgement number. I dont have answer to secret question. Can any one suggest a solution for filing return

Please call 1800-425-00025 / 080-26500025 and explain your case. You can also try to login thru e-Filing Login Through NetBanking and see if this works for you. You can also email to efiling.administrator @ incometaxindia.gov.in or validate @ incometaxindia.gov.in and give the the Name, DOB, Fathers Name and contact details.

Send the mail to validate @ incometaxindia.gov.in State the subject as password reset and give the following details: 1 Name 2 Address as registered in PAN 3 PAN No. 4 DOB 5 Fathers name. U will get a link to reset password. Reset it and change ur mobile no. And mail

submit user id & Image Select OTP PIN TO MOBILE NO PIN

SELECT NEW EMAIL ID & MOBILE NO THAN YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD OF YOUR PAN

But for Mayankjis anser, user needs to have one of the three: (a) 26AS TAN, (b) OLTAS CIN and (c) Bank account numbr used in last efiling. Since its your first filing, option (c) is ruled out. Check other options.
