Hi,
As one of my client has forgot his password, now we are not able to reset the same
1) email id and ph number are not related to him
2) Pan aadhar not linked
3) Bank account number wrongly entered in his previous returns.
As the Option for New OTP (where we used to enter previous returns BSR CODE, CHALLAN DATE AND CHALLAN AMOUNT) has removed , now we are not able to reset the password.
Can anyone help in this regard
