In Balance sheet Reserves and surplus shows Rs.1.5 cr.but company have used full OD balance.I want to know where is company reserves and surplus are there.how to trace it.

Go to trace Your Director's current account and also trace any incomes from Govt Subsidy or any others. It is c/f to R/S account...
