Focus of coverage:-

· Provisions of Law such as Registration, Exemption, Invoicing, Tax Payment, Return Submission, Reverse Charge Mechanism, Litigation, Point of Taxation Rules, Advance Rulings & Interest & Penalty for delays or non-submission/non-payment.

· Taxable Sectors such as Catering, Insurance, Banking, Logistics, Professionals, Stock Exchange Related Services, Entertainment Sector, Telecommunication, Health Care, Personal Care & Miscellaneous Sectors.

· Inputs, Input Services, Capex, Nexus Theory, Dual Use, Recipe & Inventory Tracking, Refund of Credit Balance, Inter-Unit Transfer of Cenvat Credit, Input Service Distribution Mechanism & Exposure to CBEC site for online payments& e-filing.

· Moot exercise on handling a case from SCN to Cestat Appeal, with live papers.
