Requirements(to be sent to ICAI) on completion of articles

Fill Form 108 duely signed by yr Principal............... Make it in Three copies................  And take it to Institute.......... They'll seal in it and return 2 copies back for u and yr Principal.................. Give yr Principal one copy and other with u................  After a short period Insitute will send a notice to yr principal on recording yr completion of yr articles in its register............... U'll get yr copy from Institute................  All the best...................

can i send it now??? ie 5 months  before articles end or have to send then???

no papers need to be sent accross to the institute withn 1 month of completion of the articles..not before the completion..what you can do is keep the papers ready and ask ur principal to submit it anytime after the completion of the articles within 1 month, coz if u do it within a month no penalties will be charged. after a delay beyond a month certain fees needs to be paid on submission of the documents..
