we have HO in Mumbai and having 2 branches within Maharashtra and 1 branch in Gujarat.
we have registered in gst , with principle place of business of HO and additional place of business of branches.
now, my query, is we need to take ISD registration in this situation.

If your outward supply is from branches only and not from HO then to distribut Input Tax credit at HO you have to take registration as Input Service Distributor
