Every bank has appointed a Banking Ombudsman (RBI regulatiosn). Go to this bank's Ombudsman. His whereabouts will be given to you by the bank itself. If they do natak in revealing the name and adress of their Ombudsman, then you must tell them that you will complain to RBI directly.

Secondly, if your cheque is wrongly returned for "insufficient funds", then you must definitely complain because now everybody's credit history is available at CIBIL (Credit Information Bureau of India Limited). In your CIBIL history if this "cheque bouncing" gets recorded, then your credit history will be badly damaged due to no fault of yours. And. credit history is very important for anyone.
