I'm forming a new Pvt Ltd Company. I've filed Forms 1,18,32 whose status has turned 'Required Resubmission' with the following remarks:
submit UNDERTAKING CUM AFFIDAVIT FROM PROMOTER / DIRECTOR REGARDING SEC. 58A DULY NOTARISED AND FRANKED WITH RS. 100/-
Does somebody have the format of this Undertaking cum Affidavit? In which form does this have to be attached, is it Form 32 since it relates to Promoters/Directors? Also it it necessary that it should be franked? I mean can it not be on Rs.100 stamp paper?
