job works challans under cenvat are meant for sending the inputs/capital goods on which cenvat credit is availed,
however at present such challans are not mandatory and private serial numbered challans are enough, provided the requisite data is mentioned, viz, date and time of removal / approx value of goods, descripttion etc.
as the goods have not been subjected for cenvat credit, your proivate challans are enough for the purpose,

If the goods are sent to the job worker directly (Bill to Ship to model) do we still have to issue job work challan?
Cenvat Credit has been availed on the purchases made.
