Remittance is on account of buisiness income paid for Import of Materials having exempt tax is it required to file Form 15ca ?...If it is applicable kindly tell me the procedure

after October 1, 2013, 15CA is divided in to 2 parts 1. If the taxable payment is lessthan 50K, 2. if the taxable payment is morethan 50K
when the payment is nontaxable no need to furnish 15CA
