Can I file a legal case against a professional body like ICAI ? If yes , how do I go about it ? & Can I fight the case on my own behalf ?

Against ICAI ... No problems with Managament .. Dont know if its their internal problem .. But as of now , i hold it against ICAI

It aint a dream mate , I will take it ... I have strong evidences against few inefficienies ... I have suffered but wont happen with anyone in future ...
