we are exporting Automotive goods under HS code 87088000 to Spain.
We understood, there is focus market scheme we can avail for export to spain.
can you please guide us circular or process for:
1. How to file shipping bill to avail Focus market scheme.
2. Can we claim focus market scheme & Drawback together.
3. How to get incentive credited for export done under FMS.

you can admissible for 2% FMS incentive for this purpose if Payment Realesed & you submitted the documents in your bank for uploading the e-BRC then can avail the the incentive Notified by DGFT.
through the help of digital key incentive taken by exportoer after submission the :
Original copy of shipping bill (EP COPY) AND e-BRC as well as Declarations and landing certificate ,Certified true copy of IEC and Valid RCMC, Declaration as per Public Notice No. 21 DGFT for issuance you can Direct conrtact me
