I would like to know, is there any procedure to sell the fixed assets of liaison office ? Like do we have to take / intimation the permission from RBI ? Etc.,

Dear Mohan,
only pass the resolution by concerned company and after seeking quotations you can sell the assets.
you have to take CA certificate that all amount realised from assets is worked out by right manner.
