17 July 2010If there has been a amendment in the MoA and AoA of a company during the year, say change in Authorized Capital, Where in the Annual Report do we need to report about such amendment of MoA and AoA apart from the Schedule for Share Capital?
Kindly answer ASAP. Its urgent.

Ya any material change in MOA & AOA must be reporting by auditor's in Annual Audit report.
