Reporting chain amongst itos

I am taking the liberty to ask Your goodselves how/what is the reporting chain between DCIT, ACIT, ADDL CIT, CIT Appeals and CIT and CIT Administration. I mean who is above whom. I do not know if this is too simple a question.
