REPLY TO DEMAND ORDER WITH DRC 07

Dear sir,

my goods detained because of eway bill in october and i release it by paying taxes and penalty charged by the tax  officer and also field the DRC 03 in that month.but now i m getting the demand order DRC 07 to pay that amount.

now i want to know that what should i do to reply to this?
