CAN PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY CLOSE THERE BOOKS BEFORE THERE AGM.

Yes. as becoz date of an AGM is not fixed and also it may happen that agm may be held after 31st march of every year.

Generally in the way as said by Kalpeash . Books are generally closed before AGM only, since you are required to present your financial statements in AGM. They are to be closed before the AGM.
