Repayment of unsecured loans

Dear Professional Colleagues,

As per CA 13, co cannot accept deposits or unsecured loans from other than Directors, but if a company has taken loans from its shareholders or relatives and filed DPT 4 for the same but not in a position to repay the amount before 31st March 15, then is there any option available?

Kindly guide in this matter.
