Yes you can claim repayment of housing loan as deduction u/s 80C subject to the maximum limit of Rs. 100000/- you can claim the stamp duty and registration charges as deduction which is also subjected to Rs. 100000/-.

YES, REPAYMENT OF HOUSING LOAN UPTO A MAXIMUM LIMIT OF RS1,00,000 PA IS AVAILABLE IN AY 2013-14 ALSO AS THERE HAS BEEN NO AMENDMENT IN FINANCE ACT 2012 IN THIS REGARD
