Dear Friends,
I have a query regarding Point No 9 of CARO, 2015.
If Repayment of dues to Banks, Financial Institutions is in default we have to report.
My question is, does the term "BANK" include Co-operative banks?

Banks include cooperative banks, there is no separate exemption
