what are the expenses not eligible on repairs and maintenance done on a rented property

If rented then You can claim ITC for the RM

Sir if we are buying cleaning products like Dettol etc for maintaining tables and cleaning purpose will it is eligible for ITC

Yes... You can take ITC for the above expenses...
