One of my client wants to get service tax registeration. he has leased out immovable property.
when i go for online registeration, it asks the adress of property which is sought to be registered.
My query is, the adress of which property should i give. i mean the residention address of client or the adress of property which is being leased
please reply asap

it shud be address of the property whihc is being leased out.

Suppose after sum tyms, i lease out other property on rent.
what step i need to take. shud i amend the s tax registeration
