Hi,
I have a rental income of 4 Laks in 2013-2014. For 2014-15, I have a rental income more than 10 laks. Do I need to pay service tax for 2013-14 also ? Or Starting 2014 -15 (starting from April 2014)?

Sir,
WHen you cross the SSI limit Rs. 10 lakh than you are eligible paying service tax. Find out the income.
You need to pay service tax for the financial year 2014-15 after 10 lakhs.
