If a premise is beung used on rental basis , but rental agreement for the same was not executed between the parties.
can the rental expenses be allowed??
can we execute the agreement say after 2 months of actual start of payment ?

Rental expenses can be claimed.
get acknowledgement about the same with the party. it can be registered later also.
