rent to space
We want run a hotel .Assume we pay and the landlord also pays is itc on rent allowed for us.

You mean to say that paying Hotel rent if the ITC is available ,...... Yes but as in Restaurant Services in hotel ITC is not available , so have to reverse the ITC paid on rent attributable to Restaurant part .
