Rent threshhold for tds

wat is the rent amount above which tds has to be deducted for a financial year and form26qc to be filed

If rent is monthly 50 k or above then TDS @ 5% on total rent.
10% (5% if rent exceeding Rs 50,000 / month is paid by individual/HUF who are not liable for tax audit)
if the annual rent payable exceeds 180000 then tds has to be deducted provided that it does not apply to indl and huf who doesn't fall under the purview of 44ab. IN case of tax audit indl and huf, tds to be deducted if monthly rent paid or payable exceeds 50000 @ 5%

so i m filing returns using itr1 and am salaried then the house i rent out if i get abt 30k on it per month, is there tds deducted on it or not?
