Rent paid under gst.
whether get applicable on rent paid of rs.5000 under RCM.

GST paid on rent at 18% cgst 9% and sgst 9%
Per day limit of exp. under RCM was 5000 , Just keep in mind that on that day u pay ur rent don't do any other payment to unregister dealer , In this case RCM is not applicable on u. But don't wory currently RCM rule is not applicable.
