Rent paid to Third party

Sir, We have a Retail Electronic business , we paid Rent to third party for Showroom and Godwan Rs.23100/= aprox. party cannot issue a any Documents. Third party also a Electronics Dealer. I want know what is the GST effect in this matter.

As you have not mentioned that third party to whom Rent is paid is registered or not, but As per Sec 9 (4) Rent being paid for showroom and godown, you have to deduct tax @ 18% on RCM basis, if you are registered with GST, otherwise not.
