Rent paid more than 10 lakh
If a partnership firm paid building rent rs. 700000 to one landlord and 600000 to another one per annum. What type of service tax liability raised for partnership firm.

If any landloard charges any applicable service tax, you have to pay along with rent. As service receiver there is no direct liability over firm.
