Can you just eloborate you question.
Did you mean lease rent of land paid during the construction of the building.
or
Rent paid for DG set, or rent paid towards, rent for equipment necessary for the purpose of construction.
Please eloborate your question, but dont say all. If you have all, plese quote all.

Lease Rent for machinary directly expenditure towards constrcution cost and would be parts of WIP,whereas Rent paid for alternate accomodate for tenant should be part and parcel of cost of land acquisitions.................likewise.
