Dear Experts,

1.JCB charges paid @ per hour. Whether this is to be treated as rent of contract basis. Since the machine is used on daily basis.

2. Lorry used on daily basis for civil construction materials transport and amount paid on trip basis, whether S.T. should be paid by the user.
