if there is rental income on portion of business property to outside, then whether this income will be consider as business income or rental income ? and whether depreciation on such property is proper ? Please provide Cash Law, if available.

its consider to be business income...my answer is base on eg...if a school rented some portion to any then it is consider to be business income...

rental income is considered as incilary activity and should be treated as business income
