hello Sujit rent will be treated as taxable outward supply @ 18% in gstr3b 3.1 taxable outward supply column you should enter in gstr1 4a b2b column because both of them registered the tenant can claim ITC in gstr2 by providing in b2b purchases column. the landlord should make taxable invoice with proper gstin of both
Dear Sujit Saha...

1. Yes. Commercial rent is treat as Taxable outward supplies on above said way.
2. In GSTR 3B - 3.1 (a) Taxable Outward Supplies. GSTR 1 - Taxable outward supplies to Registered dealer.
3. The tenant received Tax invoice or Taxable Receipt. He use it as Inward document.
4. The landlord give Tax Invoices or Taxable Receipt based on GST invoice rule...
As the landlord is registered dealer of textile and capital goods is textile. Rent is not capital good. Does it causes any difference
nothing there
GST Tax rates based on items and Services. Not based on business...
So, no more changes made in Tax rates...
