I have an rent income of 2 organisations 1,20,000&1,80,000. Total 3lacs per annum . Can you please tell me that am I under the gst tax ?

No u are under threshold limit of 20lakhs......

It's dought because it's your direct income not turnover

depending totAlly on other things what are other sources of income means calculating threshold limit other supplies are also included if from business or profession
if there is not any other income it is income from house property in income tax
but only for this income you need not to get registered under gst
