Whether rent deposit received in cash above Rs. 20,000/- added in the income of the assesee U/s. 269SS of Income Tax Act, 1961?

dear friend
sec. 269ss includes loan or deposit in terms of money(cash). i think this is applicable in ur case and hence receiving deposit more than rs. 20000 in cash will be added back to ur income.
